DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Cascadian Real Estaterespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this website (the “Site”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement concerning material on the Site that is reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Reporting claimed infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
MLS-sourced material
Some listing content on the Site is provided by third-party multiple listing services (NWMLS and Pacific Regional MLS) and remains the copyright of the applicable MLS. Notices concerning that data will be handled in coordination with the relevant MLS.
